POSITIONS VACANT:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Registrar BPS-20   (05 Years Tenure)

Master's degree or B.Sc. Engineering from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission with Steen years teaching or administrative or professional experience in BS-17 and above or any equivalent position including five years experience in BS-18 or above in a University recognized by Higher Education 40-50 Commission, postgraduate institution, Government, Semi-Government, Corporate or Government Autonomous Bodies

  • Treasurer  BPS-20 (05 Years Tenure) 

CA, ACMA, MBA in Finance, M.Com. or MA in Economics from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission with fifteen years of audit or accounts experience in BS-17 and above or any equivalent position including five years' experience in BPS-18 or above in Government or Sem Government Corporate or Government Autonomous Bodies

FACULTY POSITIONS (VISITING)

Following Visiting Faculty is required for the semester Spring 2023 onward and to maintain a pool of faculty in the relevant subjects for future employment as "Visiting Faculty" on prescribed proforma available at the University's Official Website

In pursuance of "clause 4" of SOPs approved by the Syndicate in its 512019 meeting for the hiring of visiting faculty at UET Taxila, the appointments against visiting faculty positions will be made in accordance with the latest eligibility criteria No Age on the analogy of regular faculty, available at the official website of "Higher Education Commission, Islamabad as per following link:

The remuneration of Visiting Faculty positions will be paid as per approved rates.

Note:

1. Applications duly completed in all respect, along with application fee (non-refundable) Rs.2000/- for the positions mentioned at Serial No. 1 & 2 in the favor of the Treasurer, UET Taxila, and with no fee for posts mentioned at Serial No. 3. must be submitted in the R&I Cell of UET Taxila on or before January 20, 2023 (Friday) 03:00 pm.

2. Eligible candidates should submit their application forms along with attested copies of educational testimonials (Le Degrees/Certificates, TranscripUDMC) & experience certificates (from Government/Semi-Government Autonomous Bodies), copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, valid registration card of PEC (only applicable for degrees in an engineering discipline) and original fee deposit receipt.

3. Only those qualifications & experience etc. will be considered if a valid documentary proof is attached up to the last date of advertisement.

4. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel. They also submit a No Objection Certificate from their concerned departments/ organizations along with their applications.

6. Only shortlisted candidates who meet the criteria, will be called for a test interview.

5. Age relaxation will be considered in light of Government University rules.

7. In case of any educational document or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect or fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately

8. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date shall be rejected without information to the applicant.

9. The University reserves the right to decrease or increase the number of posts as per requirement without assigning any reason.

10. The posts mentioned in Serial No. 3 are on a purely visiting basis hence no right to regular appointment.

11. No TADA would be admissible.
