 The procedure for applying in this advertisement will be as follows.

Application Procedure:

1- Interested candidates can apply online for the respective vacancy on the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk.

2 After submission of the online application, UBL's online deposit slip (on which token number, vacancy code, and candidate's personal information will be mentioned) will be generated.

3- Candidates should take a printout of the said SAP and deposit the mentioned fee amount (non-refundable) through any branch of UBL or UBL Omni Agent, Jazz Cash, or Easy Paisa.

4. After depositing the fee, keep the original copy of the expected receipt (with bank stamp) in your custody.

5- After applying online aspirants should not bother to send their documents to ETEA but keep all the documents with them which may be asked by ETEA and the Competent Authority for verification at any time from successful candidates in Scar Meeting Test.

6- Online application forms for the posts will be available on the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk dated 05/01/2023. The last date for submission of the online form will be 19/01/2023.

7 Candidates will be notified through SMS to download the roll number slip. Therefore, candidates should not switch off or change their mobiles till the completion of the recruitment process, otherwise, all the responsibility will be on the candidates.

8-All the information about the ETEA scrum meeting test will be recorded on the roll number slip.

9. No separate call letter for screening tests will be sent by post/courier.

Note: 

(1) Candidates should carry their passport-size photograph and scanned copy of documents while applying online. 

(2) All candidates should read all instructions carefully before applying online. 

(3) The candidate should keep the bank receipt in his personal safekeeping as ETEA may at any time verify the fee collected by the candidate. 

(4)In case of non-confirmation, the application of the concerned candidate will be stopped.

(5) Unregistered educational qualifications will not be admissible. 

(6) If the candidate provides wrong information in the online application form, not only the application of the concerned candidate will be rejected but also disciplinary action will be taken against him.
