Divisional Forest Officer Job in Buner Wildlife Division Daggar

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile of District Baner for the recruitment through the Education Testing & Evaluation Authority (ETEA) against the following vacant posts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department Buner Wildlife Division at Daggar

Job Description:

1. Wildlife Watcher:  (BPS-7)

Age limit 18 to 30 Years

Minimum Qualification as per Rules:

1- At least 2 class Intermediate certificates with Matric Science from a recognized Board, and

2. Physical fitness

3. Height five feet and six inches (5-6) minimum Chest size 34"-36" inches (at least)

4. EyeSight V-63 (with glasses) each eye 66 iv. Qualify Marathon race of 02 KM Within 20 minutes

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority. 

2. Interview calls letter will be issued to short-listed candidates only.

3. Shortlisting will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA and marks obtained in ETEA Test will have no weightage in the final selection.

4. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.

5. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government organizations should apply through the proper channels.

6. Upper age relaxation will be granted to the meritorious candidates as per the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rules in vogue

7. The documents of selected candidates at the final stage of the selection process will be verified by the concerned Board/University at their own cost.

8. Selected candidates at the final stage will obtain a character clearance certificate from the concerned District Police Officer and a Medical fitness certificate from an authorized Government Hospital.

9. No TA/DA is admissible for the test interview.

10. In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalent certificate from HEC must be provided.

11. Eners/Omissions in a number of vacancies or cancel reject any application without assigning any reason.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidate's personal information) will be generated.

3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa, Jazz Cash app, or agent or at any branch of UBL Bank and UBL OMNI agent.

4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

5. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

6. Availability of online Application Form on www.ctca.edu.pk on 03/01/2023.

7. Last date for submission of the online Application is 20/01/2023.

8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.atea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to not give ported/converted mobile numbers.

9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip

10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening tests through postal/courier means. NOTE/IMPORTANT

1. Please keep your documents and passport-size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online application.

2. Read the instructions thoroughly before filling out the online application form

3. ETEA shall verify the deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected.

4. Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified.

5. Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.

6. Keep the bank-printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

7. Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling out the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
